My name is Mark Wilhelmi and wanted to take a moment to speak on an Option One Builders home we had built back in 2021. We are enjoying our 3rd Summer in our Dream home here in Naples, FL. And look forward to celebrating our 3rd Anniversary in our home in Oct. The City of Naples put Option 1 to the test with all their rules & regulations which differed from Cape Coral & Ft. Myers where Option 1 is based out of. The Professionalism from Option 1 and keeping us in the know of any hurdles they met with the City made the process that much easier. As everyone knows, every new build has set backs and it’s just how the Builder proceeds forward to get the momentum back and reach the ultimate goal of the Finish Line. We felt that Daniel and his Team at Option One Builders made this experience the Best it could be. Thx Option 1.. Thx, Mark

During the Covid experience, I built a dream home with option one builders. The process was professional and a positive learning experience. The home was completed in January 2022 and it is beautiful everything I had imagined. They worked very hard to meet and in some cases exceed my expectations.Maria is a gem and works very hard to complete this challenging process she is an awsome asset. I would recommend this builder to others. They care! Update, the contractors they use ie: Empire Electric did an exceptional job above and beyond with my dock lightI would use and recommend this company again. Great job on my bench seat in my master bath Very happy!

I would highly recommend Option One Builders! They built our house about a year ago and we can't say enough wonderful things about it! Not only did we love our home from the minute we walked inside - especially the upgrades including tile floors, granite counters, and a stacked stone wall in the living room - but Carlos, their construction supervisor, has been helpful with any questions that we had now that we've been in the house for some time. We talk about how much we like the house so much that we have several friends considering buying a new home from Option One Builders, too!

We purchased our already built Option One home in early March in the NW Cape....we are extremely happy not only with the home but also with the customer service they have provided. Even months later they have continued to help us with more upgrades using their contractors who have been so curtious and professional. We love they layout and quality of the home. I am familiar with many builders in the area.... Option One is definitely worth a consideration if you are looking to build or are looking at one their spec homes. We are extremely pleased!!!

Built me a beautiful home in SW Florida. Option One is a builder who includes most of the items that other builders consider upgrades in the base price and charges reasonable prices for the upgrades they offer. The foreman on my build, Carlos, was excellent! He was a wizard at coordinating all the subs and making sure the work was done well and in a timely fashion . Option One demands the work site be kept clean and free of debris. The few punch list items that needed addressing were handled with no hassle. Strongly recommend!

Option one Builders is a quality home builder with the sales manager Maria Espinoza which goes out her way to help answer Clients questions and concerns .Maria is willing to go the extra mile to make sure her clients wants and needs are taken care of. She made the closing process a breeze . When things were Rough she made the impossible , possible bad weather never stopped Maria from going above and beyond amongst other Unforeseeable issues . Maria was always there to assist with E-mails and phone responses . ( We love are new Home ) This makes Option one Builders a perfect company to have build your dream Home . As well thank you Danny for allowing such a beautiful sale manager to be apart of your team and Cathy / Myself dreams .

We are very happy with the quality and the layout of our house. It is very well done and there is no wasted space at all. All of our interactions with the staff were courteous and professional. Maria, Natalia and Lina were especially helpful in answering our questions and solving our problems. The house took longer than originally promised partly because the city of Cape Coral did not do the permits in a timely manner. Also supply chain issues caused more delays and increased costs. We highly recommend this company to anyone needing building services. Robert and Inmaculada

Option one home builder is a top notch builder, it will give you upgrades that other builders will charge as options! The quality of our home so far is impeccable! We love our home the wait was worth it. Since we were out state when our house was being build we rely the updates and progress from the sales manager Maria Espinoza at option one. She spoke the truth to us , some was good and some was not such as the delays that all builders incur due to 2022 Ian hurrican. It set us back about 4 months. Many other delays and shortages on building materials also. We would like to thank very much Sales Manager Maria Espinoza for all the extra time she gave us, sometimes we would be on phone at 10 o'clock at night discussing upgrades and changes to our plains! Thank you to all the team at option one builders. We highly recommend option one.

Option One built us a beautiful new home from clearing and leveling ground to move in. They were extremely accommodating, willing to make certain custom changes within certain parameters, A home we are very pleased and proud of! A group or team that answers and / or returns all calls and is responsive to every request. We would and will highly recommend OptionOne as a premier builder that follows through and follows up with continued communication and completed in a timely matter during an extremely trying time.

Our home is a very well built home. Maria Espinosa sales manager who works for Option One was amazing to work with, she followed through on each request and/or concern. In the beginning, communication was lacking until Maria stepped in and we are pleased. Maria’s communication was top notch. We are very pleased with our home. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wanted to build a beautiful quality home.
